Chilterns Run Sunday 02 February 2003

Apple attended her first MINI2 meet of the year, and took part in the Chilterns Run along with 63 MINIs (plus may be 3 others that turned up during the day). The lower than expected turn-out was likely to be the result of people being put off by the recent bad weather. However, the actual day of the run was blessed by better weather, except towards the end of the day when the sky opened up.

The event was organised by soggycornflakes and Martin L, with help from dietcokeplease, R50 and DK. More information can be found using this link.

Ms. Helen Webster, Editor of Mini Magazine, attended the event in a borrowed MINI. She said that an article featuring MINI2, and the Chilterns Run itself, will appear in a forthcoming edition of the magazine, so start ordering your copy now to avoid disappointment!
